What size Spinnaker are you using? (26M)

I have a small spinnaker from my previous boat (20') that I tried out and it flew nicely. Would like to see a big kite out there and am wondering how big is going to work and not tip me over.

Do you like that handle? How has it worn?

Was that a replacement for the stock handle?

Re: Anyone replace the hatch cover handle?

I have had 3 Macgregors, from a V-25 up to my current 26D, and have sailed on almost every model built. None ever had a handle on the hatch from the factory. I would say that you can remove that handle, take it to the hardware store to match up the mount holes, and replace with anything that looks ...

Anyone replace the hatch cover handle?

I'm looking at the sliding hatch cover and the stock pull handle is looking pretty worn. It's soft vinyl and very textured, to it is picking up lots of dirt. I would like to replace it with something plastic (not cold) and smooth (no dirt). The bolts seem to be 8" apart. I'm guessing this is a non p...

Re: How do you keep your black 'black'?

I don't see a repaint being necessary in the near future, so I'm going to try buffing this up.

How do you keep your black 'black'?

I love the look of my new (to me) 26M, especially the contrast of the black against the white. With salt water, it's not looking as black as it was. What do you use to make it BLACK as it was?
