Re: Battery Question
I was planning on a quality charger but was going to wait on a shore power system. So I think I will use 2 batteries and have a total around 400 amp hours. I really appreciate everyone's help.

Re: Battery Question
Thank you everyone for all the feedback you guys are really life savers. I think the shore power project will be put off since I exhausted most of my "boat money" on getting her up to par. One final question what type of battery do you guess use AGM, flooded, or Gel

Battery Question
I have a few questions regarding batteries and shore power. First is I was trying to order batteries and ran into the issue of not being sure how many amp hours I should have. I plan on have a GPS/Fishfinder, AM/FM radio, VHF, Lights, maybe a fan and maybe a charger for a phone or other small electr...

Re: 26x multiple repair questions
Dude, I'll be glad to take you out (when it stops snowing). At least you can see what NOT to do. :P I guess to clarify I was wondering what lines are necessary I am a novice at sailing at best and I have no idea what lines do what or what I need to be able to use any of the sails. If that is a seri...

I am replacing my master cylinder and a few other parts and I want to do these repairs right and not have to do them later. I took measurements and I need 18 feet in length and around 7 feet across (I have original single axle steel trailer) I also have drum brakes with a titan model 60. I was wonde...

Quick question on brakes
Howdy, I was looking at the brake system and realized I do not have a solenoid on my titan model 60. I was wondering if I ordered one and put it on would it work or is that not an option? I apologize if this is a dumb question but I am still learning all this.
Thank you,
Mike

Re: Trailer Questions
In all honesty the deal I got on the boat was so good I was planning on it being a starter sailboat and maybe selling it in a year or two. Also I am a decent mechanic/welder and I have an electrician background so I figured this might be a fun little project for me and some buddies but if the price ...

Re: Title problem
Sounds like you should knock off more on the price for the dirty title. I'd be very careful with this purchase. In our state, it's possible to get a new title under conditions. 1) A bond must be purchased for the value of the boat/car/whatever 2) The title is not permanent until after 2 years and n...
