Where can I get a floating centerboard winch for a Venture 21?

Define "floating." Do you mean a brake (2 way) winch? If so, Blue Water Yachts sells this replacement, which they say works for all Mac/Venture models: http://shop.bwyachts.com/product-p/5305-1k0.htm.

I bought one for our Mac25 and have been happy with it. Only issue was that I did need to drill a new hole in the winch housing to match our boat's bolt pattern, and the handle wouldn't fit the cutout in the bulkhead without bending. Fortunately the handle off the old winch fit just fine.
