Where did the extra $300 dollars go? You indicated $700+change for the distributor, trans cooler, and labor.

I think it was all labor costs with the addition of the transmission cooler.

I am not sure whether they used GM partsor aftrmarket, I guess I could call to find out. The van runs better, but would not say it is 100%, it may be just heightened attention, but I still feel like there is some unevenness (is tha a word?) to how it runs.

The Coquahalla Highway has BC's and likely Alberta's steepest and longest climbs here. My friend suggested that if I plan on doing this type of hauling I will need to upgrade to a Suburban or similar tow beast. I need the 8 person seating capacity as I have 4 kids and sometimes take a grandma along. :P Not looking forward to upgrading... :?
