Congratulations on your achievement. I'm certain it's a genuine first. Thinking of changing your name to MacGellan? Your cruising stories in the exotic land of Sinbad are great. Looking forward to seeing more.

congrats :D mind you i think i would get a bit cheesed off with having to ask permission everytime i wanted to go sailing

Wow, what a very cool blog - well done!

It's been many years since I was in the Gulf, but I have read of these artificial island projects and find them very interesting. The idea of being able to "sail around the world in a day" is pretty neat 8)
