CDI furler stud screw thread?

thanks for pics, It was the bottom swaged stud that I was concerned with - everyting I've read seems to indicate that its needed to be a stud. I assumed for reasons of fitting within the drum. Seems theres room afer all. I'm deinftley going that route. Cheers
