We are going to attempt to go out this weekend with the sailing club we are in New England Trailor Sailors is having an outing in RI this week.

Got the battle scars from this past weekend water tight, so we are good to go. If anyone is in the area (near Prudance Island) we will be around. We will be monitoring 69. Just look for a blue 26M attached to a red TowBoat/US boat! I think I will just call them and have them follow us the entire day. Why wait for a failure! LOL...So far about 15% of our outings have required Towboat/US..so there is a good chance we will need them again!

Last time we sailed here...the motor steering linkage failed too -fell off(the mac steering linkage from the steering to the motor..not the honda shifting linkage that just failed). I was able to fix it without drama.

I am planning to be out there on Sunday afternoon. Unfortunately do not have time for the entire weekend. Hopefully have a chance to meet (on the water that is).

Do you run into Cape traffic on Friday 4pm route to Allen Harbor?

I know 495 is a mess during Cape season and wondering if that hits the path to RI

Not generally..but from easton on 495, to 95, I would be going against any traffic to the cape. Hope going down 95 wont be too bad.

From my 2 trips this week to the *$%#^ing Woods Boat and Motor (dont get me going!!) down 95 (one exit before I get off for Allens harbor), the only tie up was around 195, apparently there is some construction there. But it was moving well enough
