| After one mast raising incident involving a bent stay adjuster, I went out and purchased these Davis Instruments Turnbuckle Boots. They keep the stay adjuster straight and aligned when I raise the mast. They lift easily as well to inspect the ring dings as part of the Pre-Underway checklist.
