Instant Bowsprit!
I used the Stainless steel ski pylon AND the stabilizer legs only having to invert the legs and relocate 2 speed clips. The diameter of the pylon fit perfectly in the anchor roller, only needing a slight redrill of the stabilizer pins to fit perfectly! All that required was to make a single "L" bracket out of stainless for the rear (aft)end of the "sprit" using the ORIGINAL holes in the deck mounting of the anchor roller. The 1 1/4" mounting nut allows me to simply unscrew the sprit/pylon returning it to an anchor roller in no time (legs on speed pins). The Pylon even has a ring/tang combo which lets the spinnaker jibe at will! ((pics to follow)) Oh yea, I made the bottom bow eye triangle from scrap stainless mounting plate from the old donor boat to center the stabilizers.
