Re: HAVE YOU TRIED FIXING CHAIR BESIDE MAST
Finally, I have come to the conclusion that the best place for installing two charis is just after the mast base, before the hatch opening. This is white engraved place and seems to be strong enough to hold the weight of two persons.
Please feel free to give advice.

Nice work Tony.
Have you given any trim angle, while fixing the engine. I mean transom wedge sort of thing.
Now, waiting for the vedeo.

Re: HAVE YOU TRIED FIXING CHAIR BESIDE MAST
It was in the forward of the base of the mast.
since the boat was parked on the birth, therefore could not realise, about the question of jib.
Suppose, if they are using Genoa, then both chairs would be lying on a free space and geneo would pass through very easily, while changing direction.

HAVE YOU TRIED FIXING CHAIR BESIDE MAST
I had visited one of the marina's in Valencia (Spain) and saw couple of macs. IOne of them had, fixed two individual chairs, very near to the base of the mast. This was made in such a way that it was not effecting any position of the boom. I was unable to take the picture at that time but when I ret...

Re: Transom Reinforcements (I can't believe ...)
Shehzad, I started with the rails at the bow. I ran two sets of rails on each side. The total length was 18 feet for both sets of rails. That left about 8 feet from the transom that was not covered by the rails. To get an idea measure from the bow back 18 feet and you will have the placement. The b...

One other thing, With the Evinrude 115, I am able to tilt the motor all the way up without it hitting the underside of the captain's chair. Yeah. I have about an inch and one half for clearance. Now I need to go and cut a new hole for the ball unit on the steering arm. Tony Tony, When you are going...
