Page 37 USCG Handbook Boating Laws. Pyrotechnic VDS's must be dated. Expired VDS's may be carried on board, but a minimum of Three unexpired VDS's must be carried in the vessel.

Re: Standard Horizon marine radio troubleshooting

Ok then, can you hear the Weather station ? if no, it's the antenna or broken radio. And check your antenna cable with a ohm meter for a short. Red on center, Black on ground, (the ring).

The new Tattoo

Sept. issue of Sail mag. has the Tattoo 26 and the Tattoo 22 listed in the new boat section. The 26 looks the same as the M, and the 22 has a different look.

Re: Motor problems Yamaha 70

Yes, the Arrow should be pointing away from the fuel tank towards the motor. When you squeeze the bulb it should get primed with fuel and get harder to squeeze. Or get a tool and push in the ball at the end of fuel line on the connector plug and at the same time squeeze the bulb and you should see f...

Re: why does the mast ride so high whemn trailering

Maybe to have enough room for the mast to have room for bounching as you drive down the road to keep from hitting the boat, or so that you dont have to bend over so much to lift and rig the mast ??? who knows ???
