I would be interested in this. Ilive in Tuscaloosa/Northport.The Guntersville,Al area or Joe Wheeler camp ground would be great locations. All on Tenn. river, fairly centrally located. think my e-mail is available on this site if you would like to follow up on this idea.

Re: Hatch and companion way screens
Plastic screen from Lowes or Home Depot, decrative chain with plastic or rubber coating, very inexpensive, open a link and rebend chain to make any length you need. Sew an inch and half to two inch pocket around border of screen, make it long enough to cover from mast to floor of cocpit, two gromets ...

Re: Titan Surge Brake Actuator
I do not know if Macgregor has always used the same actuators on their trailors, but my standard steel trailor came with a A-60 made by U F P. You can download owner and user instruction manual from their web site. You may also need to purchase another insert for your trailor electrical connecter, o...

Re: Water Leak 26M
Thanks Crikey and Divecoz, I will try 5200 around outside speakers, also one of the bolts on starboard winch looks suspect but too hot here in Al.to do that job right now.For now a sheet of plastic stretched under companionway steps and funneled into a bucket keeps bilge dry.

Re: Water Leak 26M

So far I have rebedded all the bolts through the traveler but am still getting water when it rains or wash the boat.I will just keep takeing hardware off and rebedding until it quits. With the hard liner inside the boat it could be coming from anywhere. I also would appreciate...

Re: raising the boom
I had same problem so I had a reef put in the main at an angle. Not that expensive and can sail with bimini up or down, haven`t lost any main, haven't had to mod. boom or mast . Raise your mainsail and take a measurement from bottom of boom to floor of cockpit, put up your bimini, raise the end of t...
