Re: another, prob dumb, prop question Honda 50
When I had the BF50 I put a 4-blade Honda prop on and was quite happy with it, getting 8 mph ballasted and 16 or 17 unballasted. No singing. I forget the actual pitch and diameter but I can look it up for you if you like. I had to search and find this thread, hoping the links to the Tacoma propello...

Re: honda 50A outboard electrical problems
Check your prop seal for corrosion while you have it off... My new to Me X last season the lower unit cracked on the side...apparently quite common on those...if run in salt corrosion builds between the ring that holds the prop seals in expands and will crack it.. I had mine professionally fixed and...

Re: Do U Know where ur GPS is taking U
GPS (regardless of Brand) often brings customers to the boat shop to the dirt road BEHIND my house instead of my driveway in my actual neighborhood

Re: Have U Seen This?? Anyone know Him?
I just built a permanent lift with 6x6 posts 4 ft in the ground
Cost about $300 Use it on multiple boats and exceeds the weight limit of this portable...I can lift 5000lbs +
Its a neat idea, but the idea of having to be "portable" isn't something I would see using

Smart tabs on X..yes or no?
I bought a boston whaler the other week off craigslist with a 40hp tohatsu..
It had a pair of smart tabs on the back (trim tabs)
I stole them off the whaler and sold her for $1700
Wondering if the Trim tabs would be a good Idea to put on the X?
