Re: Prospective Macgregor owner in Brisbane

Ditto for my recent trip into Dennis territory, trap. They are unbelieVable value for money boats, in order of $$ issue to look at when buying 1. Trailer - rust on critical joints - mine looked ok but collapsed on Airlie beach ramp, where the frame joins main drawbar at front, rust was hidden inside...

Re: Non sailing (snow skiing) question

She's a legend, lovely down to earth but committed professional. We have 2 snow fields on the mainland, and it snows all over Tasmania (island at bottom, think tassie devil and Sydney to Hobart Yacht race _ Hobart is the state capital of Tasmania. Re: Outboard confusing issues

I was also was able to 'create oil' in my 2003 F60. I was told its quite common and You diagnosed it correctly, the fix is normally just new feul pump diaphragm. Re: Macgregors and Moorings

short table for 26M

2003 26M with the sideways galley up against head, adding a shorter table that can be walked around and not too much of hassle to leave up. 2 pieces of 450mm x 180mm pine glued together, 25mm pipe from an old trampoline net holder,10mm bolt, flat steel, some cold galv spray paint and my dodgey welds...
