Yes I will be sailing my Mac. I have the fast one so it shouldn't take that long! LOL Scotland will be my first landfall. Don't know how I got Ireland in there. My tentative planning has me following the gulfstream to northern Scotland, and from what I just saw on the map I very well may stop in on ...

I have been in the planning stage for a trip across the East Coast Pond for about 2 years now, and I am using the book detailing Gerry's Atlantic Crossing as a tool to help me. I will be starting my voyage in about 4 or 5 years, I retire in 3 years. If you are planning to take an extended voyage on ...

SAFE DRINKING WATER ON BOATS from GLCC Fleet Surgeon, Jack Bailey, MD Safe drinking water on cruising boats is obviously very important to all of us. In order to obtain some advice, I recently c...

Since Hardcrab is from California he is correct in his assumption. It is the law in CA that the light be attached to the end of the mast when trailering. I however being from Virginia do not have the same law on the books and do not need to use it unless I choose to (For added Safety I do use it). I...

I purchased my 04 M from Otho. I first met him when he was living in Fredericksburg VA, and had his demo 26 X boats on the lower Potomac (M's had not yet come out). I had first gone to A-1 in Annapolis, and was going to buy from them. I thought we had settled all the specifics i.e. price; options et...

The cost is actually quite a bit more than double. The prices listed on the Tide 28 page are Great Britain Pounds. If you look at the bottom of the page the deposit is listed as 50. I just ran the 35950 through a currency converter that uses real time currency values, and the cost of the basic boat ...
