Re: 2004 26M for sale
I managed to get some pictures on this website of mine. http://www.fdsons.com I've been watching a 26M on ebay selling for $19,700 The auction ended and they put it right back up there, changing nothing that I noticed. I haven't settled on a starting price but I'm hoping to get it out of my driveway...

2004 26M for sale
Hello everyone. It appears the classified section of Heath's website isn't working so I hope it's okay to post this here. I bought the boat from Bill of Boats for Sail back in early 2004 it's hull # 358. Sadly, it's never been in the water. So in many ways it's brand new. I saw a thread here where B...

Re: Wow! It's been a while.
Well I'm sure you guys are probably right, but I'm not leaving this situation unattended. After six hours of charging I'm reading 11.95 VDC. I'm not sure what the voltage was when I first got these, but it took 11 hours to charge them up initially. Yeah Craig, that was our first boat and the cause o...

Re: Wow! It's been a while.
I gave them 3 hours the other night. Went from .517 to reading 10.5 volts starting off again tonight we were at 5.6 volts. The Link 20 was reading all crazy when I first looked tonight. Usually it sleeps with only a few of the smaller LED's using battery power, this was flashing 188.88 and nothing I...

Wow! It's been a while.
Hello to old friends and all. I've got a problem. I'm kinda sorta chicken to just simply plug the charger in, after a three year complete lack of attention. I'm pretty sure everything is wired up and ready to go so far as the battery system is concerned. It was never yet connected to the motor. The ...

Re: Thank You Heath!
Hello Heath, and everyone else,
We're still alive, and Time Warp has become something of a fairweather office of mine.
This dam boat just likes to leak.
Thanks for the ping Heath, it really looks good!

Sloop, My Dad is now 86. None of us ever thought he would outlive my Mom, she passed suddenly one July night back in 1996. She ran the house, cooking, cleaning, paying the bills - Dad had it pretty easy back then. But he's still going strong. He learned to cook for himself, and he's still living in ...

Unecessary?
The only thing cooler than sailing at night is having the electro gadget stuff that goes with the whole program. On the Great Lakes, many vessels are moving around and knowing where they are and how your course is involved is really cool.

LOL! No, I'm not in the trades, though sometimes I wish I was... I love working with wood.... http://inlays.com/images/products/instock_marquetry/HXCR-4-10.jpg That reminds me of a job I didn't get. It was some company, I think in Troy Mi., they were looking for cabinetmakers and I was applying for...

Regarding Kevin's first post in this thread, I happened to find this (in Sailing Magazine) and thought it might be of interest. A generator & about 3 hp propulsion unit. $2k

I had my heart set on the Link 10 ~ all phun depended ~, then you had to add your 2 cents. One other note - the Link 20 has an 'alternative energy mode' wherein the first meter (Batt 1) will show the actual battery condition, and the second meter (Batt 2) will show cumulative input received from the...

Re: Weather cloths
Weather, or lee clothes are the only solution I've come up with for spray to the cockpit if you only have a dodger. The dodger I plan to make with have a zippered wing that extends from the front of the dodger to the lifeline, then continue back as far as necessary to stop the low level spray from ...
