So I may be getting bad results from the prop......since I put it on right out of the box.
It may be for a Yamaha 50 and not my Honda 50 due to the hub??

I found the box for my solas prop ... bought from iboats.com It says Yamaha 50hp on it, but it is the Solas Amita prop 11.8 x 9. I went back into their website and shopped for the prop again and I get the same part number for the Honda 50hp (3313-118-09) which is shown on the box. Did iboats screw-u...

sOLAS 4 BLADE PROP
I just bought and installed the Solas Amita 4 x 11 5/8 x 9 pitch and it is horrible! I only can get 6 to 6.9 Knots out of it and at wot it vibrates terribly. Maybe I missed my point.....originally I was supposed to get a finger dock so could geton/off the boat from the cockpit....now they put me at the dock bow in no finger dock...hence I need a way to get on the boat without killin myself......climbing up on bow ???? or backing boat in and thru transom ...

I alraedy have sail slugs installed, I am asking for recommendations /model #'s of what blocks to use: ie; Harken,Shaffer,Lewmar etc.........I have the standard main halyard installed from the factory which I believe i long enough to go aft??????

Can anyone recommend/tell me what blocks I should use when running lines aft on a 26m. I knolw I need one at the base of the mast and one on the side where the mast raising pole attaches. Any brand and model/type would be appreciated.

I am new to sailing, but feel that my new Mac 26M is heeling way too much in moderate winds. I have the daggerboard all the way down and both rudders and feel I have no control. Am I doing something wrong??? When I took my sailing lessons on a runabout on the same lake I was sailing in heavier winds...
