I was told with my Evinrude that the first twenty or so hours was programmed to use more oil before it cuts back, maybe the TLDI is the same.

Mackman in Australia make a 28' not sure about the width but it is wider than the 26x it is almost a direct copy of. It has up to 100 hp motor. I seriously looked at it before buying the M but with the extra weight (bigger vehicle) and slightly deeper draught and of course higher price $100,000 AUS....

Thanks for that, really appreciate it and think I will just leave it for a little to see if maybe the problem just evaporates here too.
I did go through the mods section but will really have to learn how to search properly.

Improving access to rear bunk on 26M

Was thinking of improving access to the rear bunk by hinging the steps but thought maybe the steps are support between the upper and lower hull.
Can anyone enlighten me and/or has anyone done this.

Instead of containering the boat around the world would it be better to swap boats with those in other countries? With the amount of boats out there now perhaps it could work similar to the time share concept. Just an idea.
