Shift Cable (10 yrs)

Post by Scott » Tue Jul 17, 2007 7:11 pm

My original "Forward" control cable finally broke.

Still had reverse when I dropped the sails so I had to back it about 1/3 mile to the slip. Backed it in and put springlines out.

I always felt rather smug when the threads about control cable problems came up and I had nothing to contribute. Another Mac'r on the lake had just changed both of his on his '00 and gave me his spare.

Cheap fix I guess.

ModEdit: Scott, while editing title for clarity I lost the other posts that were here.
Could you please repeat your 'update' post? Sorry ~fc
