12 Volt Utility Pump

Post by Rich Plumb » Wed Aug 15, 2007 4:14 pm

I see that those 12 volt utility pumps are on sale again at Harbor Freight Tools till Aug 27th. The one I got last year is working great. I used it to drain the bilge when my fresh water tank sprung a leak. Some notes: Running it dry could damage the impeller and limiting the inlet hose to 2 or 3 feet allows it to self prime pretty quickly.
