Broad reach, riding the waves, SFO Bay, it was all Leon and I could do to keep helm control.... we had to run under deep reefed main, no head sail, guts over 40kts..... standard operating procedure for SFO apparently.

You could totally see the wake from the powerboat that was pulling you!!
Just kidding, we got 11.6 on our X right after a jibe under full main and spinnaker once.

Correction. That was a single reefed main... but the wind speeds were howling! Awesome time G! I remember riding that one wave.. 10, 11 12 MPH! Yeeehah.

I noticed that your fenders were not dragging in the water!

I have always seemed to have this problem and have never commented but now I will...
I can't get this style of video link to work. I click on the image in the post and it opens a seperate window with the same film strip image but it doesn't do anything...no video plays. And nothing happens when I click or double click on the image in the new window.
The YouTube links that some post seem to work fine for me. As do all the pictures and links to websites. But not this particular style of video clip.
Any thoughts?
Thanks,
Jim

i also have trouble from the UK,i klick on the picture and it can take a few minutes to load, other times its impossible, best time for me is in the morning ,as when the US and Canada are awake, the net is so slow that it does not work.
still no need to worry,im sure we will experience 14 mph on the east coast one day

Try holding the control key and then click the video. It will probably open in a separate window.

Those photobucket videos use Flash, it might be your Flash player plugin is not up to date. YouTube videos are usually MPEG or Windows Media.
