The gel coat spider is nothing to worry about IMHO
The chain plate crack...the chainplate load is on the hull below the rub strip, not above. The chainplate goes through the hull without being attached ( look for the screws down o n the hull where it bolts to hull and make sure there is no damage there...
I would go for this boat since not only is the damage non major structural you can sail the boat right away while you plan repairs.
