Great work, Moe. I just had to apply the chart to my motor. I usually don't get involved in these discussions since some consider my Mac radical or extreme. (I just think of it as reverse engineering.)
The numbers, if I ran them right, looks pretty efficient for the Suzuki 140:
2.9 lbs/HP
4.99 cc/lb
68.5 HP/L
There's something to be said for 2044cc and 410 lbs. After 2 years, the boat still sits level with its lines and no stress marks on the transom. Gotta love those "mid-size" Suzukis, but it's not for everybody.

No gold chains at all, Moe. I'm more like the guy with 100+ hp rat bike. No bling-bling. Still got the beard and currently hair is down to the shoulders--not what most people expect for a busines person my age. The silicone babes might be fun to try.

BTW my boat does sails much more than it motors, I just can't afford to be dependent on the wind when I decide to go.

long locks
long hair,
however it still seems to be a penalty in engineering, law and medicine.
Oh well, I would rather go sailing anyway.....
