Where in the boat are the water bladders installed?

We are cruisers , and we are truly traveling , just slowly , we haven't stayed in one place longer than a few weeks , and we have a land address , as well as a PO Box .
In Crystal River , the deputy sheriff wanted to take our picture , for our protection , I said no . He didn't bother us again .

We built our boat for comfort . We spend all of our time aboard , except for excursions into town , etc . We cook all our meals , so we wanted good food , and a well equipped galley . We replaced the sink with a deeper SS one , two alcohol burner stove , and a charcoal grill . We also added two water bladders for a total of 40 gallons of fresh water , and a
on- demand pump . 40 gallons will last two people about 6 days . Our port-a-potty is the 5 gallon size , it too , lasts about 6 days . So once a week , we have to hit a marina .

I installed a sump pump under the bathroom and caulked the enclosure in , so we can sit on the head and take a shower , when necessary . Our hot water comes from solar bags , hung on the mast with a hose and shower head that reaches the bathroom .
We motor or motor sail , mostly , occasionally putting up the main . I wouldn't mind sailing more , but we are in our 50s and 60s and must go on deck to put up or down the main and we aren't as agile as once were , so if the boats rocking and rolling its dangerous for us .

The water bladders are located under the bow berth , on either side of the ballast air valve . Mine is a 2000 model with the air valve forward . One bladder is a rectangle and larger than the other . They are a total of 'about' 40 gallons .
The water pump and accumulator tank is located under the port settee , near the sink . I fiberglassed a floor in under the settee to bolt the pump and tank to , with the bilge running underneath it.
The fill hole is under the sink and is thru the hull with the screw on cap outside . The higher up you can get this fill spout , the better .

The bladders fill from a low pressure line from the fill spout teed together . On the bottom is a pressure line , teed together that leads to the pump , then accumulator , and faucet .

I am Gypsy life under a new secret identity !

Anyway , the bladders I installed , I lined the area with duct tape and rubber matting before installing the bladders . I did this so there wouldn't be any chafing of fiberglass against the bladders .
The bladders already come in nylon bags , but this was double insurance against rubbing a hole in one

My PO installed a bladder, but I'm afraid to use it until I figure out how it works and what it's attached to. :?
