I think we'd have a general consensous on that one.

That depends, actually... I hear hot air rises pretty well.

I think she will make a fine president, and I think political statements like these do not belong in this forum.

You are absolutely correct. I apologize on my behalf.

Mark,
Thanks for reconsidering your comments. Politics should be avoided on this board. Plenty of places to go for that!

My 'hot air' comment was actually meant in regard to *all* politicians, an old and often used joke (see Mark Twain, et al). And although you, as a fairly limited poster here, may have a point that this forum should probably be mostly a 'politics-free' zone, having said that, I'd also rather not have things become so 'politicallly correct' that we can't have a bit of fun once in a while, either.

As Will Rogers said way back when.... "We have the best Congress money can buy," -- and that goes for Presidents also.... (non-partisan political comment)

My favourite has always been Twain...
"It could probably be shown by facts and figures that there is no distinctly native American criminal class except Congress."
"Suppose you were an idiot. And suppose you were a member of Congress. But I repeat myself."
"Sometimes I wonder whether the world is being run by smart people who are putting us on, or by imbeciles who really mean it."
"In religion and politics, people's beliefs and convictions are in almost every case gotten at second-hand, and without examination."
"The citizen who sees his society's democratic clothes being worn out and does not cry out is not a patriot but a traitor."
"Loyalty to the country always. Loyalty to the government when it deserves it."

The middle class suffers the most under politicians, the Democrats tax away their incomes to give to the poor, while the Republicans tax it away for giving to the rich.
I used to be middle class (economic) but now that i have a sailboat i am definitely one of the UPPER CLASS, man.

Ah Ha,
My plan has worked. People are so sick of blue hull jokes that I will no longer see them in another thread.

Man! That is messed up...
Don't get me wrong, I have no affinity for mice, or any other rodent. But, that has got to be a terrible way to go through life...huddled in the back corner of the cage with those cats staring at you all day (and night) long...
