He modified a new spare prop and fixed our original prop he modified in 2010. Big improvement. Now running around 6100 RPM up from 5800. We should be back to running 31 MPH. We have a little more drag on our de-rigged boat due the fact our boom/main sheet are connected to the mast with the Erik fast raising system.
He wants the old prop back to tweak it to 6250 ish. If there is enough interest he can have a pitch block made to quickly mod these props. The stock prop is over propped for our boats, especially mast up. Not worth saving a few dollars to live with a substandard setup.
What he does is truly an art form. Lots of hand tweaking experience.
Setting up the jig

Taking initial Pitch and Rake measurements. In this picture he is measuring rRake which is along the blade. Pitch is measured across the chord or perpendicular to the rake (long axis).

Forming blade to pitch block. He can add wedge shaped shims under pitch block to get the desired pitch.
