Under Porta Potty

I want to change out Porta Potties and mount it beside the previous mounting holes. Is it safe to drill new holes? What is under it?

On a 26 M there is at least 6" and more below where the porta poty sits before you hit the bottom. look thru the seat opening under the mirror and you will see the space I have a 6" AC air duct running under there.

Thanks for the quick reply. I won't be able to look under it this weekend but next weekend I will bring the boat home and look under the seat. I'll send an update then.
