We left our 26X in the slip at Lake Pend Oreille in northern Idaho manly because I have work to do on the trailer. We go up every couple of weeks to check and run the OB. The air temp gets down in the teens while the lake temp is 41 degrees. I left 2 bottles of water in the cabin and was surprised they hadn't frozen. There is no ice on the lake even around the shore line. The owner of the marina said they have never had any boats damaged by ice, and I believe it. We did put a tarp over the cockpit and left the hatch open for air circulation to prevent any mold from growing. By the way, there is water in the ballast tank.
