Steering wheel pedestal won't stand up

My pedestal on my Mac26M fell over while I was about to launch in the water, I don't know how to fix or where to go to get it fix, any ideas anyone ?

Markoliver -

Did the bolts on the pedestal base pull out of the cockpit floor as if the fiberglass failed, or did something hit / pull the pedestal to make it fall?

Hello,
IIRC someone posted a couple of years ago about the welds failing at the bottom of the pedestal tube. Required removing it and having it welded up. I think the poster changed the positioning.

Yeah, where did he go?

I don't know what we are doing wrong here but somehow the new guys keep getting scared away - I am trying to behave - was it something I said again?

He (at least I suspect it was the same poster) posted a similar question on one of the MAC FB sites... no pictures there either. Not sure what to think. Certainly this is the first time I've ever heard of such a thing happening.
