Mac 26x forestay length?

Post by bobbob »

Quick question - what’s the correct length for a :macx: forestay inside the CDI furler?

(I assume measured from the top of the swage loop to the bottom of the bolt that goes into the turnbuckle?)

Thanks!

It should reach all the way to the deck plate and not one inch farther.

:)

(I have no useful information.)

Are you still up for an answer? I have an old forestay lying around and could measure it for you.

What was the length? I am replacing the furler luff and did not think to measure.
