Photo uploading easy

Post by opie »

A complaint comes up often that this forum needs a built-in easy photo uploader. But, just maybe, it is not affordable here in terms of maintenance and the spare time of volunteer moderators.

I recommend the easy photo site below. I have used it for years. I'm not sure how it survives without ads or scams, but it does. Maybe nice people like we have here behind the scenes keep it going.

The best thing is that if you select the full bulletin board (bb) option to save the photo, you can copy the photo link and just paste it into your text here without playing around trying to wiggle in your image link inside those slippery little blocks that are required. This site below does that for you....just make sure you select bb full codes, because viewer code default setting will not work.

:D Such flattery...... ok...... here is an experiment.......I have 3 pics to put below. They are in my boat folder on my device. I will start my stopwatch and time how long it takes for me to get them posted...... Start Now!

Stop.... 2 min 26 sec. Hmmmm....I hit a snag in that the website allows me to select all three pics, but only gives me the full bb code for one pic, so I had to download each pic separately.
But at least I did not have to play with those "[[ img]]" thingies.
