Re: Mac 26M water ballast fill time
Emptying my ballast in front of onlookers is my favorite part.
My process = leave it all in while pulling up the ramp, as soon as I am clear I go around back to check motor/rudders/etc...
Casually yank the handle and jump like I have been shocked... just for effect.

I sail Lake Tahoe. I also drain on the trailer, on the ramp. I have remarked to friends that sail with me, as the ballast is draining, gee, I don't remember us drinking that much beer. This is said in a loud voice so bystanders can hear, just to stir said bystanders up...leefrankpierce wrote: ↑Mon Nov 09, 2020 6:20 am Emptying my ballast in front of onlookers is my favorite part.
