1971 MacGregor 21 Rigging

Post by raudru83 »

Hey all,

My name is Drew and I am new around here. A couple of years ago I took sailing lessons but never got a boat. Last weekend I bought a 1971 MacGregor 21. Does anyone have any pictures of how to properly rig the back of the boat? Meaning the the boom and the lines that go to both sides of the boat?

If your Mac did not come with a manual, I hope this helps. I didn’t peruse the pages.

If you have boom end sheeting, it's probably rigged something like this.
