A 3 month old bulb just sprayed me with fuel after my engines float bowl filled.
I have been adding SeaFoam to my fuel, but that seems such a normal thing.
Only other thing is, I run my carbs empty before leaving the boat by unplugging the line from the tank while engine is running.
This collapses the bulb, but then I release the suction by pushing on the release valve before I leave.

FYI, I add Seafoam to my fuel evey year. Don't think that's the problem.
