I book marked that. This is also very good for deciding the route you will take. Average cost per county for the entire continental U.S. at one time.

Gas prices

Post by Terry »

Think you guys have it bad, check out Canadian prices.

I live just a few minutes north of the 49th so I frequently cross the border for gas, there is usually a 20 cent differnce per liter cheaper in USA which come out at about 75 cents per US gallon difference. Too much to ignore. On top of that there is only a 2 cent difference per litre between each grade whereas in Canada the grade difference is 5 cents so if your vehicle requires premium like mine (Lincoln MarkVIII) there is an additional 6 cents per liter to save. Border gas stations in the US advertise price per liter as well as gallon, some even advertise today's Cdn$ price so that we don't have to do the math.

Nice site above. I'm on my way to Vinta, OK, with my gas cans.

The Canadians, yes. Top off going up and return on fumes. Stop at the last border station and give them all those odd size tin coins.

Similar situation between the FL and GA line on price differential. Have to have some ulterior purpose for the trip, and then up on fumes with a pickup bed full of containers.

Some people, like me, love inflation. My pension and social security are linked with the Price Index. Should get a nice raise this year, and my fixed mortgage house payments stay the same.

$60 on the last fill up of the Sierra. Hope its a good raise.

Neighbor had to give up a 30 mile commute and rented an apartment in the city. Things change.

Will have to visit a psychiatrist before my up coming tow to Pensacola to stabilize my mental outlook and set proper priorities.
