I am not holding out any sort of "hope" this moment that we'll catch the ketch. lol
We've had over a half dozen boats come up, and turn out to not be as advertised.
In this case, we have NO idea of the condition or anything of this boat. This was one of those friends who happened to know what I was looking for, just happened to hear about it, and just happened to be going to precisely the right place, at the right time and said "How about if I take a camera...." - I can't turn that down.
Anyway, if he reports back with good things to say, my next step is onto a plane. I'll locate a surveyor there, technically, I have one and will look over the boat myself and if I like, I'll make an offer contingent on the outcome of the survey and sea trial.
