Are you trying to login to the Lifeboat, or on the chat room login page? Also, PM me your user name, and I can manually reset your password, so that you can login and change it.

I cannot recreate the problems. No matter how hard I try to foul things up, it always corrects me. sent me new password and logins were fine.

I have reset your passwords and PM'd your login info to you. Hope this solves your problems.

Well, I did it now. I biffed my own forum. The Lifeboat will be down for a few days. I was playing with a test forum, trying to get some new features going and I stupidly typed in a path to the Lifeboat forum. Poof!. Good news is, I still have all the data. Bad news is, It will take a while to reconstruct and my time will be limited for a few days

OK, I've got it up and mostly going again. I'm still looking for bugs and killing snakes, but it seems to be working OK. Let me know if anyone has trouble.

Since there are a number of new members on the board now, I thought I'd trot out an update on the Macgregor Sailors Lifeboat. The Lifeboat forum has gone through two upgrades since I last posted here and at least one bug has been uncovered by Kevin, which I have fixed. I would appreciate it if you folks would check to make sure that you can log in and do not have any problems. For those of you that are not registered at the Lifeboat, please feel free to do so. It does not see much activity, but had a small blip yesterday when this board went down for a couple of hours. That's all it is, a Lifeboat for when this ship is taking on water.

PS: If everyone that is registered would confirm your email address in your profile, it would be appreciated. No SPAM guaranteed.

Like the new look, Rich. Is is OK to copy the picture on the home page. I teach ICS to county employees and it captures the essence of trying to bring order to a bad situation.
