On my throttle controls is my trim switch. I know going up the engine does it every time. But when I push it for down it gives me an attitude. I wonder it you checked the wiring to the switch if you would find your fault? It should be three wires to the switch. One for power and the other two for up and down. There is not ground per se until after it has gone through to the motor trim relay. Just a thought? The clicking you may be hearing could just be the switch? Try your luck that way. Tony
