I was tempted, but your short version is sweet! You manage to include a white hull and a X at same time.

its obvious the pictures are posted in reverse chronological order.

Why is the M's aft so deep?

DDB-

If you're refering to my set of photos, yes, the middle pic was taken first, followed by the top pic 10 minutes later. Undrway, both of those boats were about neck & neck even. They look staggered from my vantage point as I was taking snapshots while catching up & passing them. SPICE, the blue M, was aft heavy as they were towing an inflatable dinghy full of lobsters for an island cookout later in the day. But then, we also had some wind-driven waves from astern. 2007 NE-TS Casco Bay Cruise.

Quick - someone save this poor fellow from the clutches of the blue hull'ers. Oh they are fast they say, fast and easy....
Faster to show scratches, faster to fade and need polished, faster to heat up in the afternoon sun, faster to limit the color choices of the fabrics, and apparel, for the ladies onboard, my doG man can you imagine how an orange life jacket clashes with the blue hull????? And what about your tow vehicle, will it (and all subsiquent) match?
They will claim it ain't so but quite quickly you will develop white hull envy, it is not that the white hull is bigger or better but they just look that way. :)

Having used the Empirical method I have determined that the Blue 26M`s look a hull of a lot better and are dangerously faster

I have been passed by a white hulled M...but only on the road. So I guess we are both right :

The white hulled M`s are faster...on the road :D :D
and
The beautiful blue hulled 26M`s are dangerously faster on the water! 8) 8)

R is for reverse, not race! You'll never catch up to me with those wobbly white boards slicing thru the air! :D :D :P But your Waterbago patio looks a nicer place to hang out in the rain than mine! 8) I'll hold a spot for you at the anchorage!

I decided to take a shot at it. In mine, the Blue is in front... Either it's faster or just has more sail piled on. :| Image

I normally paint slight larger vessels.

Very nice Dave.

You will have to connect with Ray (Niceaft) to compare your artistry. I am a mere fake artist (photographer) compared to you guys.
