An old, frayed blue-tarp awning over the cockpit will absorb the infrared from that Florida sun, and keep your motor completely safe. It will also lend that special "trailer-yacht trash" look to your boat -- you RAT!

If we only had 70 deg's I would be wearing a T shirt instead of wool swetters and coat's. Our water temp in the summer is only about 50. Nothing to worry about in 70 deg weather other than swetting

We WCTSS (West Coast Trailer Squad) are going out for a 5 day cruise tomorrow. 11 trailer Sailers are doing this trip accross Florida and 4 Mac.X's will be part of the cruise. Launch site, Pine Island ,FL.
Temps. tomorrow Morning at Launch..48 degrees.
Will only reach 62 tue.64 wend. and as low as 42 degrees at night.
Now thats cold as he.. for a floridian but we will do it.
And unthaw at the Islands Campfire.
