Thanks Robin... :) And your Welcome. I have no doubt that you will sell your boat in a short time. I swear if this deal hadn't of worked out as well as it did, I was heading over to see you! :)

I was hoping to avoid removing the CB but oh well... :( I think I know what plate KHE was talking about now. Looking forward to a warmer day tomorrow around 45, so may get to go out and do some work and cleaning on her. And get ready for the winter storm warning rolling in on us, possible 6+ inches of snow :?

Think I will pick up some spray paint and have a go at the Anchor, nothing that can't be fixed or reversed later 8)

Oh.... I meant to say.... for the centerboard job, I advise you have something like a piece of carpet on the ground below the ceterboard. It helps when you realize that the centerboard is heavier and more awkward to handle in a confined space than you anticipated :o. Or when you're inside the boat trying to knock the caulked up hangar bolt out of its hole without damaging the threads..... and the whole thing suddenly and unexpectedly lets go! Not that that ever happened to me  but the carpet will stop you having to practice gelcoating repairs to chips on the centerboard 8).
