How to level the Mac
Is there a place, or area, on the 26x which can indicate when the boat is level on the trailer? Leveling out the X would be the most basic starting point for this type of hull modification.

How about leveling trailer to the waterline and then mounting a cabin bubble? Level the waterline of the boat with a long-distance level (uses a water-hose) available in Home Depot, or just make your own w/ a long, clear hose.
Tape the hose ends to each end of the hull, above the waterline, hanging below like a hammock. The ends face upwards so they can contain water. Fill the hose with water so the water level at both ends just approaches the waterline. Now adjust the trailer tongue up or down, and use logic.
