That would be easier said in German, sechs mal Redundanz!Like many thing in Germany; firearms, sailing, peeing in your backyard, and psychotically fast automobiles, Henways are permitted but require the proper paperwork, and of course, fees. I can remember visiting when I was twelve and my grandfather sent me off to the Starnberger See for a two week summer camp to learn how to sail. I returned with an "A" Schein from the German government certifying that I could now sail on inland lakes and waters in small boats. The A-Schein was issued by either DHH (Deutscher Hochseesportverband Hansa) or the Kreuzer Verband in Hamburg. Got one of those too to get started about 40 years ago. With all the new certificates in Germany required to even hoist a sail don't know if the A-Schein is even worth something anymore LOL.
