All US and Canadian LORAN stations were shut down in 2010.

The states largest lake is 5 hours away, and 20 miles long and 4 miles wide. The largest close lake is 1800 acres shaped like a boomerang. Crossed it on low throttle in about ten minutes. My home is on a lake, 200 acres. Too small for a Mac 25

Nebraska is not known as a great state for boating. However, in my mind, I will have a good time.

Gary, dido. This site, and the people who make it, have helped make my evolution to sailing a most pleasant experience. As I mature and decide what I want to do when I grow up, there is no doubt sailing will be a big part of my life.
Thank you all,

In my practice, when I have college students in my procedure chair, I ask them what they want to be when I grow up.

Let's hope you still feel that way when you get the bill. :P

The advice is wonderful, the personalities are very pleasant, and even the moderators, you got to love em.

Thanks for making my first week of boating again, extremely painless and comfortable.

I have used countless ideas here to keep me out of hot water.

I know there are lots of forum boards on sailing, but this is a really perfect fit for a MacGregor sailor.
