I'd like to get a DC refer, but am scratching my head as to where to put it.
On my 2006 M I had an Avanti Coolerator (AC only which worked fine) (plugged in and was like a refridgerator while in the slip and stayed cold inside for about two days when out) - - - which fit easily under the left side of the starboard table. I used Velcro to keep the door closed while sailing (used same method to keep head door closed while sailing).

As for coolers, I only used one or two Igloo type 6 or 8 can coolers which fit easily under the right side of the table .

Q1, do you find that you need or would like to have a leg under the end of the table?
In our S boat, we have essentially the same arrangement, but with the table having a bolted corner on the galley, thus it swings out from being on the galley to being where you show it in the first picture...but it seems a little springy to me, and I don't think I'd want to put anything on it (like a full plate of food).
I'm thinking I'd like to put a leg under the end of it so it will be a little more sturdy when being used.

Viz,
Yep it needs a leg. I made one with a left over piece of grey underground electrical wire tube which I covered with wood coloured mactac. Cost 0$

My wife and three kids use the table constantly. The kids also like the big berth it creates when down. The foreward vberth and the head are storage for us, with everything in the head kept in clear bins with locking lids that can be thrown out quickly in an emergency :D

Cooler? bah. Just switch to an IPA that tastes good warm

Electrical outlet is behind the cooler. Wood (White Oak) support is raised to provide clearance for Starboard access cover.

Below you can see the Lonseal flooring, above is where I suspend the boom when not mounted to the mast (picture shows sail cover).
That's exactly where we put our 12v Edgestar cooler. Works great and really, who ever sits there anyway? Love the flooring. I think I'll do that mod next.
