Water level sensor for Ballast tank?

Sure you can still check the state of the ballast - the vinyl pipe that vents into the anchor locker is attached to a second hole that I drilled near the original. The original hole still has the factory plug which can be removed to look in or use the thumb-over-straw technique to measure the depth. Or you could attach the vinyl pipe to the original hole, then drill and plug a second hole to serve as your monitoring hole.
