Over the years, I have used Dr. Bonners peppermint castile soap exclusively when backpacking and camping and it is the only soap I use on the boat. The peppermint is supposed to be a natural bug repellant and the castile soap is biodegradeable. Because the greywater from the boat is dumped directly into the water, every little bit helps.

Wonderful soap... we've often used it, too.. very refreshing. Comes in different scents and the bottle makes interesting, albeit eccentric, reading as well. Check for it in your local health-food store... they're sure to have it. Comes in either bars or liquid, and in amazingly large bottles, too, if you can use that much.

As a side note, I believe 10% of the profits go to charitible causes.
