She looks beautiful , Richard !

I would really think about keeping rudders on the boat .
They make a world of difference on our Gypsy .
In bad weather they help stabilize the boat , and give you pinpoint steering when docking , especially in wind and/or current .

Are you still planning to raise the lifelines ?

Again , she is beautiful !

Yes, still thinking about raising the lifelines to 3ft. Just do not know how to go about it.

Empty the water ballast. That'll get ya a few inches. :D

I had planned to raise our lifelines where they attach to the bow rail , since we won't be having a jib , anymore .
But I realized that the dip between lifeline and bow rail was handy when Joanne has to throw the bowline to someone or
jump off to catch the boat when we are docking .

Might want to think about this .
