You don't have your location posted in your profile, so do be aware that VC-17 is for fresh water AFAIK.

Just wondering.. to recoat the bottom of my 26M, how much VC17 would /should I use?
2 cans? 3 cans?

I think I used Xylene to cut it, but from a quick web perusal it looks like alcohol is the primary ingredient. Sure doesn't, or didn't, smell anything like alcohol though. I think I still have an unopened can around here somewhere in fact.

It'll keep essentially forever, especially if you don't open it and add the copper powder. So no harm in buying 'too much', as you can use it again next year. I believe it'll keep even with the copper powder added as long as you seal it back up tight, but just don't remember any more.

All done.. and yes.. it took 2 cans exactly!
Lifted it up as mentioned,.. did not take much to get a foam roller under her.. an afternoon job.
