Gotro,
Did you mount it upside down?
If so, is it still waterproof?
Did you swap color lenses?

Just as tomfoolery said early in this thread this light has the ability to mount under a surface on on top. And yes I believe it all water proof. Just a great looking and functional bow light.

but lights will be on wrong side if you reverse it top to bottom. Can you switch red with green?

You don't reverse anything - just mount it under the bracket instead of over it.

This thread has been about the bow nav light, but what have people been doing about the stern (white) nav light. The original one is in a perfect place for people to grab when they climb the ladder and I've had to redo it a few times and its broken now. I'm exploring getting a rear arch made so I have a good mast crutch, standing room partial shade, and a place to mount the stern nav light, etc but was wondering if someone has a creative option for this in case I don't get the arch this year?

I replaced both Aqua Signals with Perkos that look like this. The Aqua Signal is no longer available in 120 degree white anyway,

The white stern light is in the same place, but doesn’t stick up as high. I also have a vertical grab handle just below it, so I don’t think the light is used as one.
